I've lived in Village Place Apartments for 3 and a half years and love it. I first moved into a studio on the first floor and was worried about it being too small, but the layout is perfect for a first apartment! I didn't have much at the time and a limited budget, being fresh out of college, so it worked out well. After a year I upgraded to a one-bedroom on the third floor and have been super happy with it! Perfect amount of space and all the appliances work well. The neighbors are very nice with only minor noise occasionally. Pet friendly (and fish friendly - I have a 75-gallon tank and the landlord OK'd it!). Limited parking space can sometimes be a hassle, but there's always a spot in the back lot, just have to walk a little further to get to the apartments. The pool is always well-maintained. The groundskeeper does a very, very good job keeping the yard and sidewalks maintained year-round. The landlord is understanding and easy to work with; Brian knows his stuff and gets things done! Been a pleasure to live here.
